Anne Lanka Tours will advise you of any known restrictions at the time of booking; however, it remains your responsibility to ensure that all participants are suitable for the chosen activities.
All bookings must be made through our official channels, including our website, email, WhatsApp, phone, or authorised booking platforms. A booking is considered confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from Anne Lanka Tours and, where applicable, have received full or partial payment.
You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including passenger names (as they appear on passports), travel dates, pickup and drop-off locations, accommodation preferences, and any special requirements. Anne Lanka Tours will not be held liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
All prices quoted are in the currency specified at the time of booking and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Prices may vary based on travel dates, group size, accommodation standards, and the availability of third-party services. We endeavour to ensure that all published pricing is accurate; however, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to notify you and offer you the option to proceed at the corrected price or to cancel your booking for a full refund of any amounts paid.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary by service. Payments may be accepted via bank transfer, credit or debit card, or other methods as agreed. Bookings may require a deposit to secure the reservation, with the balance payable prior to travel. Failure to make payment by the agreed deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via email or your designated communication channel. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period given and the nature of the services booked. Cancellation policies specific to hotels, third-party excursions, or vehicle hire will be communicated at the time of booking.

In rare circumstances, Anne Lanka Tours may need to cancel a booking due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, civil unrest, government travel advisories, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative arrangement or issue a refund for services not rendered.
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking. However, amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes requested within a short period of the travel date may not always be possible.

Anne Lanka Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any traveller from a tour or excursion if their conduct poses a risk to the safety, well-being, or enjoyment of others, without obligation to provide a refund.
Anne Lanka Tours acts as an organiser and coordinator of travel services and experiences. In this capacity, we arrange services on your behalf through independent third-party providers, including hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, and activity operators. While we take care in selecting and working with reputable providers, we do not have direct operational control over third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anne Lanka Tours will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, additional expense, or consequential loss arising from or in connection with:
Where Anne Lanka Tours is found to be directly at fault, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain travel insurance prior to departure. This should cover, at minimum, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, curtailment, loss of baggage, and personal liability. Anne Lanka Tours will not be responsible for any costs that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anne Lanka Tours, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, your negligent or unlawful conduct, or any misrepresentation you make in connection with your booking.
All content published on the Anne Lanka Tours website and promotional materials, including text, photography, videos, logos and branding, is the intellectual property of Anne Lanka Tours or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written permission from Anne Lanka Tours.
Limited personal use, such as sharing content for the purpose of planning personal travel, is permitted provided that appropriate credit is given to Anne Lanka Tours and no commercial benefit is derived.
Our website and communications may contain links to or references to third-party websites, booking platforms, or services. These links are provided for your convenience and information only. Anne Lanka Tours does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms and conditions of any third-party website or service. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from or in connection with your booking or the services provided by Anne Lanka Tours, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within a reasonable period.
If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual agreement, the parties agree that the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
